Time Travel is a Lua event created by Awesomz #2736 for Transformice's 10th anniversary.

Collect the metal plates and batteries placed randomly around the map by clicking on them. Put 10 metal plates and 3 batteries into the component builder and complete a task using Space to make 1 microchip. You need to put 10 microchips into the time machine to repair it and travel through Transformice's past in 20 maps.

Course

The first stage is to create 10 microchips to repair the time machine. There are 17 metal plates and 3 batteries randomly placed around the map. To collect them, you have to click on them and it will go into your inventory (at the bottom left of your screen on the event map). You can only transport 5 metal plates and 2 batteries. To make a microchip, you have to put 10 metal plates and 3 batteries into the component builder (location 1, click on the component builder to transfer your inventory items and see your progress).

Tip: You don't need to bring back 12 metal plates, 10 is enough.

Tip: You may need to use the elevator (location 2) to reach some pieces. Click on it to be teleported to the other one.

Tip: Some pieces may be in the boiler room (location 8). You should avoid going to the boiler room when the map timer is below 1 minute, else you can be stuck in it preventing you from completing the map.

Sometimes, a crate is on the map. Several players need to be at the crate (click on it to update the counter); when opened, it will give you some pieces to help build the microchip. However, if you move too far from the crate, your update will decrease due to you being too far away.

Once the component builder has 10 metal plates and 3 batteries, you have to spam Space when the signal is green and not red. If you accidentally hit space while the signal is red, be aware that the amount of times that the signal becomes green will decrease. Once the green signal reaches 100%, you have to put the microchip into the time machine (location 3), watch the animation (particles should not be disabled in the game options) and your progress will be saved. You need 10 microchips to progess to the next stage and move through time.

During the next stage, you need to complete 20 maps retracing the history of Transformice.

Tip: Read the information on the map or in the chat at each stage to avoid getting stuck on a map.

Tip: Your progress is saved when you complete a year. When the event map next plays, you will have to redo the year you were at if you didn't have enough time to finish it.

Around 00:50, you can also see a dark word on the first "stair": geniryre, giving traveler when decoded using ROT13

You have to say traveler on the first stair (location 6) on the event map to be teleported in a room with a key. When you stay by the key, code 7 will appear (this code is personal and changes depending several factors).

Code 7 is made of 5 characters:

• The first character is the first letter of your username
• The next two characters are the last two digits of your username hashtag
• The two last characters correspond to the server you are in

e.g. A player called Melibellule#0001 playing on the English (E2) server would have the code M01E2
